Riot Ten has shared the first single “Control” from his forthcoming sophomore album. Featuring rock/rap band Add1ction, the rock and bass hybrid follows the El Paso-based producer’s previous 2020 projects such as his Hype or Die: Emergence EP and his electro-fitted BLKMRKT Vol.1 EP.

“Control” not only bridges Riot Ten’s genre-defying production abilities but also underscores his passions for rock, melding dubstep and alternative rap in a bold dub-rock crossover format. It’s a compelling preview of what’s to come on the Texas-born producer’s forthcoming LP on Dim Mak Records, and an extension of his genre-blurring history, considering that Riot Ten has a long and rich history of hosting indie-rock artists and vocalists alike.
